Introduction

This StressEase Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to KIWIGRAVITY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "KIWIGRAVITY"). Before using the Service, please carefully read this Policy to understand how we handle your personal information. By accessing or using the Service, you indicate that you accept and agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Service.

We value your privacy and data security. This Policy explains how StressEase collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information related to you.

1. Information We Collect

As a personal information processor, KIWIGRAVITY follows the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and integrity in collecting your personal information for the purposes described below.

1.1 Account Registration, Login, and Authentication

Account and identity information: StressEase currently does not offer user registration or sign-in functionality, so we do not collect your email, phone number, avatar, or similar account identity information. If account features launch in the future, we will notify you separately and request consent.

1.2 Information We Collect

(1) Health and physiological data: With your permission, our Service connects to third-party applications and services (referred to as "Third-Party Applications"), which may include Apple Health, laboratory and testing services, and other providers you authorize us to connect to. We connect to these third-party applications solely to import certain health information. Such health information may include: heart rate, heart rate variability (including RMSSD), resting heart rate, steps, sleep information, heart rate records, exercise and activity, blood oxygen levels, respiratory rate, height, and age. The various health information you allow us to access when connecting services is collectively referred to as "Health Information".

(2) In-app generated data: Stress trends, RMSSD logs, practice history, preference settings, notification records, and similar outputs derived from the above health data are stored only on your device locally.

(3) Subscription and transaction information: When you purchase Pro features in the App Store, we only obtain the necessary subscription status from Apple (such as order number, product identifier, validity period) to unlock features, and we do not have access to bank cards or third-party payment credentials.

(4) Device and runtime logs: Device model, system version, language settings, error reports, and crash logs are used to improve stability and troubleshoot issues, and are not used for profiling or advertising.

2. How We Use Information

1. Provide services: We use the health information you import to provide our services, including stress monitoring, trend analysis, reminders, and practice suggestions.

2. Conduct analysis: We may use the health information you import to benefit you and improve the insights we provide through the Service. Where feasible, we accomplish this using data that has been processed to protect your privacy.

3. Manage subscriptions, verify entitlements, handle billing reconciliation, and provide customer support.

4. Improve algorithms and experiences locally to enhance accuracy and performance.

5. Conduct security audits, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and regulatory compliance requirements.

3. Information Sharing and Third Parties

As of the publication date of this Privacy Policy, all "Health Information" that you allow us to import from third-party applications is collected, stored, and processed directly on your local device through the Service. We do not store and cannot access such health information. Therefore, we cannot provide any customer support or services regarding your health information. All references in this Privacy Policy to our collection, sharing, or use of your personal information refer to non-health information.

1. StressEase will not sell your health data to advertisers. We also do not upload your health or practice records to servers. We only share subscription verification information with the Apple App Store to the extent necessary.

2. We currently do not use third-party cloud services to store user data, nor have we integrated third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless we comply with national laws and regulations or obtain your consent. When we publicly disclose your personal information, we will adopt security protection measures that comply with industry standards. In cases of legal, legal proceedings, litigation, or mandatory requirements by government authorities, we may publicly disclose your personal information.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

1. We use commercially reasonable security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All health data, derivative products, and preference settings are stored locally on your device (SwiftData, UserDefaults, or Apple Health), and the app does not sync them to the cloud.

2. We protect data security through system-level encryption, minimized access, and permission isolation. Please keep your system updated and secure your device with a passcode.

3. When you delete the app or delete data in Apple Health, the corresponding information will be cleared. Subscription reconciliation information will be retained for the legally required period before deletion or anonymization.

4. Local storage and cookies: StressEase is a native iOS app and does not use web cookies. We may store necessary preference settings and cache locally to ensure functionality; you can clear or reset them in system settings.

5. Cross-border data transfers: StressEase does not currently transfer your personal information across borders. If future cloud capabilities require outbound transfers, we will comply with applicable laws, notify you in advance, and obtain the necessary authorization.

5. Rights to Manage Personal Information

5.1 Your Personal Information Rights

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, you have several rights in personal information processing activities, including:

5.2 How to Exercise Your Rights

(1) Access and export: You can view health data and analysis results in Apple Health or in-app, and export them yourself.

(2) Correction and deletion: You can modify or delete health records in Apple Health, revoke authorization in system settings, or uninstall the app to delete local data.

(3) Withdraw consent: You may revoke StressEase access to specific data types at any time, though this may cause related features to stop working.

5.3 Account-Related

Since we do not provide registration and login functionality, account deletion or deactivation processes are not applicable; if this changes in the future, we will update the Policy accordingly.

6. Protection of Minors

1. StressEase primarily serves adults, but we still attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.

2. If you are a minor under 18 years old, before using this product and related services, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy together with your parents or other guardians under their supervision and guidance. We will not actively collect personal information of minors (children) under 14 years old. If we discover or receive feedback that we have automatically collected children's personal information without prior parental consent, we will attempt to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.

3. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor, if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, complaints, or reporting needs regarding matters described in this Policy, please provide feedback to us using the methods described in Section 8.

7. Policy Changes and Notices

1. To provide you with better services, we may revise and update this Policy from time to time due to business, legal, or technical changes.

2. After this Policy is updated, we will issue an updated version on StressEase and remind you to read the updated Privacy Policy through new version announcements and other means, so that you can stay informed of the latest version of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy or have objections to modifications or updates to this Policy, you may choose to stop using StressEase. Your continued use of StressEase products and services is deemed to indicate that you are aware of and agree to our updates. However, please be aware that your actions and activities before stopping use of the Service remain subject to this Policy.

3. We encourage you to review this Policy during your use of our products.
